Privacy Policy

Suite & Seat (“we”, “us”) collects only what it needs to search and book your trip. We do not sell your personal information, and we never see or store your card number.

1. What we collect

Search details: origin, destination, dates, and traveler count — used to fetch live prices. Booking details: traveler names, dates of birth, email, and phone — required by airlines and hotels to issue tickets and reservations. Payment: processed entirely by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Support messages: anything you send us when asking for help with a booking.

2. What stays on your device

Your sort preference, traveler count, and last-used airport are saved in your browser’s local storage so the app remembers them. This never leaves your device and you can clear it any time in your browser settings.

3. Who we share data with

To book your trip we must share traveler details with the providers fulfilling it: the airline (via Duffel), the hotel (via LiteAPI), and Stripe for payment processing. Our site is hosted by Vercel. Each of these parties handles your data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use only functional storage needed for the app to work (your preferences above). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. How long we keep data

Booking records are kept as long as needed to service your trip, handle refunds or disputes, and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Search details that are never booked are not retained.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email support@suiteandseat.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All traffic to our service is encrypted (HTTPS). Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit collection and access to reduce risk.

8. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Traveler details for minors are provided by the booking adult.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted here.
